There is a lot of science that goes into a pancake. Read about pancake sorting and pancake bonding!

Pancake sorting is an established mathematical problem. It describes the ways of sorting a disordered stack of pancakes in order of size when a spatula can be inserted at any point in the stack and used to flip all pancakes above it. The problem was first described by American geometer Jacob E. Goodman.
